Haven of Love serves the women incarcerated in prisons by helping them understand their patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting associated with co-dependency. Then, how to begin changing these lifelong habits through a Christian perspective and the power of Jesus Christ. Co-dependency is a word often used to describe the behavior of persons who have been affected by difficult life circumstances. The curriculum we use teaches the women to use the three-part process of identify, detach, and decide to to move through co-dependency and bring real change into their life.
